Auto-assignment rules
When a student is assigned a major + level via Major Assignment, the system automatically applies the matching fee template. Rules defined here take priority over manual selection. If no rule matches, the admin must assign the fee template manually.

How Automatic Fee Assignment Works

Student assigned to major + level
Admin selects Major (e.g. Japanese) and Level (e.g. N5) in the Major Assignment screen.

System looks up this mapping table
The system finds the matching Major + Level row defined here and retrieves the mapped fee template.

Fee template auto-applied to student
Invoices are generated automatically from the template. The student's Fee Account is created in Student Billing.
